Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

At DARPAN ASTRO, we strive to provide the best astrological guidance. You can cancel your booking for a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy (Services)

Once the astrological consultation (Call, Chat, or Video) has been completed, no refunds will be issued. The insights provided are based on astrological calculations, and satisfaction can be subjective.

3. Product Returns & Refunds

For spiritual products (Rudraksha, Bracelets, etc.):

• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will initiate a replacement or refund.
• Energized Items: Since items are 'Abhimantrit' (energized) specifically for the user, we do not accept returns based on "change of mind."

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction via our payment partner, Razorpay.
