2. Processing Time

Since most of our products (Rudraksha, Gemstones, Bracelets) are 'Abhimantrit' or energized specifically for the customer's name and gotra, please allow 2-3 working days for the energization process before the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 working days.
• Other Regions: 5-7 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the courier partner and location.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you make the payment.

5. Service Delivery (Digital)

For Astrology, Tarot, or Numerology consultations, the delivery is "Instant" or as per the scheduled appointment. Consultation links or call details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.

6. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or mobile number, which you can use to track the real-time status of your package.
